At MyAutoPartOnline, we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Requirements:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • All products must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
  • Electrical parts and special order items are non-returnable.
  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team at 1 (855) 231-6500

Refunds:

  • Once we have received and processed your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at 1 (855) 231-6500 to request an RMA number.
  • You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and for the shipping and handling charges for the new item.

Warranty:

  • Our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to request a warranty replacement.
